We're working exclusively with an exciting and fast-growing design-led business in Stockport to recruit a Client Relationship Manager; a brand-new role created due to growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a high-value client base and play a key role in shaping the commercial future of a company that's redefining excellence in the built environment.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll act as the linchpin between the business and its clients—who include global brands, architects, and contractors—ensuring a seamless experience across the customer journey. You'll work closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team, with full autonomy to drive relationship strategy, improve service delivery, and help scale the revenue contribution of the projects/client relations division from 20% to 50%.
- Develop and implement long-term relationship management strategies to enhance client loyalty and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business at in-person and virtual meetings.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage interactions, pipeline activity and reporting.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in a sales, client management or customer success role.
- Strong organisational and calendar management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Passionate about design, and open to working in a company that thrives on creativity, quality, and innovation.
- Comfortable with UK-wide travel for client meetings and site visits.
