A well-established, family-run SME in the safety and workwear sector is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to play a key role in their customer support function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional ready to take the next step in their career. You will be a senior figure within the team—supporting day-to-day operations, handling more complex enquiries, and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with Operations and Purchasing, helping to improve processes and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior point of contact for customer queries and escalations
  • Support and mentor team members (2 on-shore and 2 off-shore)
  • Monitor daily workloads and assist in allocating tasks to meet service levels
  • Demonstrate and promote high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing to act on feedback and drive improvements
  • Take ownership of key processes including: Order processing, Returns, Quotations, Delivery escalations

  • A minimum of three years' experience in customer service
