Our client specialises in creating transformative environments for independent schools and educational institutions across the UK and internationally. Their clients are C-suite group executives, Heads of schools, Deputy Heads, Bursars—who expect clear, responsive communication and a process that respects their time and priorities. What you will be doing:
As Sales Support Coordinator, you\’ll be the essential support behind the Business Development and Sales team. You\’ll:
- Support three members of the company\’s business development team from a sales admin capacity
- Manage and maintain the CRM to keep the pipeline clean, accurate, and actionable
- Assist in preparation of presentations, and documentation that reflect brand standards
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and client communications
- Track opportunities, action points, and follow-ups to keep everything on course
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience across all client touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with our Business Development team to stay one step ahead
