The Role
In this pivotal position, you\’ll be responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient running of all warehouse operations—from goods-in to final dispatch. You\’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure seamless inventory control, and champion best practices across health & safety, logistics, space management, and customer service.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations across receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Overseeing stock control, audits, and replenishment
- Optimising warehouse layout, equipment usage, and space planning
- Coordinating with logistics providers and internal stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost control
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Delivering operational excellence through KPI tracking and data-led decision-making
