We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own the marketing function within a growing family business that is a leading supplier of technical chemical solutions. It is a varied role spanning strategy, content, digital marketing, events, and automation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be given the autonomy to shape marketing strategy, build powerful lead generation campaigns, and position the business as the go-to expert within its markets. From LinkedIn campaigns and technical content to video production, CRM automation, SEO, events, and website optimisation, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to create marketing that drives real commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the annual digital marketing strategy
- Drive qualified lead generation through multiple digital channels

Requirements
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through digital channels
- Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns
- Strong website management experience, ideally including Shopify
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong content creation skills, including technical writing
- Videography, photography, and video editing experience
Highly Desirable
- Marketing, Chemistry, or Science-related degree
- Experience creating technical content or working within technical, manufacturing, engineering, chemical, or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of AI and marketing automation tools
