Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset? We are recruiting for a trusted name in the Workwear & PPE industry, looking for a dedicated professional to provide high-level support to two of their senior directors.

This is a sole, high-responsibility role where discretion, efficiency, and loyalty are paramount. You will be at the centre of managing the day-to-day schedules, communication, and administrative needs of a Managing Director and a Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management
  • Manage email inboxes with professionalism and attention to tone
  • Schedule and book meetings and appointments across time zones
  • Assist with sales administration and internal task management
  • Follow up on key actions and ensure progress is tracked
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all workstreams
  • Always act with the directors’ best interests in mind

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role
