Join this reputable family‐run company as their Head of Sales and take them to the next level of growth. The role is based in either Essex (with travel to their office in Norwich). Responsibilities
- Team leadership & management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear expectations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, high‐energy work environment.
- Track and analyse sales data to evaluate team performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure effective use of CRM and other sales tools.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B sales in a high‐growth SME/scale‐up environment, ideally taking a business from c.£10m to £30m+ in revenue.
- Demonstrable track record of building and executing a successful sales strategy that drives sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Strong commercial leadership experience, including leading, developing, and performance‐managing a high‐performing sales team.
- Evidence of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets at both individual and team levels.
- Deep experience in B2B pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics.
- Expert user of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and confident with reporting and performance dashboards.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of aligning cross‐functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) around growth priorities.
