Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm

Location: London and the South East, with occasional nationwide travel fully expensed

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Fire Door Technician to join a growing and well-established fire protection specialist. This is a hands-on role where you will be delivering high-quality passive fire protection projects across a varied client base. This position would suit someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working on-site, and is looking to progress within a business that values its people.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering fire door and fire stopping works to a consistently high standard, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to client expectations.
  • Carrying out fire door repairs and installations
  • Completing fire door and fire stopping surveys
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
  • Making good and finishing works to a high standard
  • Managing call-outs within agreed service level agreements
  • Providing a professional and positive experience for clients on-site
  • Supporting other technicians where required

About You

  • We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in delivering quality work and building positive relationships on-site.
  • Previous carpentry experience is essential
  • Experience within fire doors or passive fire protection is desirable
