Location: Ireland or UK / Remote

Salary: Β£30,000 – Β£40,000 depending on experience and skills

Full time – Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00 (flexibility)

What You\’ll Do

As our Lighting Projects Coordinator, you\’\’ll be the linchpin between sales, design, and suppliers. You\’\’ll manage the full technical process:

  • Translate project briefs into accurate lighting specs
  • Coordinate lighting designs (Dialux/Relux)
  • Ensure emergency lighting compliance (IS 3217 / BS 5266)
  • Source products and negotiate lead times with suppliers
  • Prepare professional quote packs that win trust and business
  • Keep projects organised and on-track with clear version control
  • Support sales by freeing them to focus on client success

  • Bonus: Experience with lighting design software, technical drawings, and quote/tender preparation
