What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Proactively identifying opportunities to increase account spend and revenue growth
- Handling inbound sales enquiries and maximising conversion opportunities
- Following up quotations and progressing sales opportunities through to close
- Making proactive outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Supporting field-based sales colleagues by arranging customer visits
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Qualifying new leads and supporting wider business development activity
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience
Requirements
- Highly motivated with a genuine desire to build a career in sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident engaging with customers via phone and email
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
