The Role
This position focuses on client retention and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on re-engaging lapsed clients and maintaining high levels of service for existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying reasons behind reduced client activity, resolving concerns, and ensuring continued satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, the Account Manager will help drive long-term client engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconnect with lapsed clients and maintain regular contact with existing accounts
- Identify and analyse changes in client engagement or spending behaviour
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent service
- Provide insights on client retention trends and suggest strategies for improvement
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure and focused on solutions
- Proficient in using CRM systems and working with client data
- Organised, commercially aware, and proactive
- Team-oriented with a high level of initiative and empathy
- Salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum
