We're hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to bring structure, pace, and performance to a fast-growing physical testing lab. We are supporting a growing specialist laboratory delivering physical testing of protective equipment, whose work supports manufacturers and regulators to ensure products meet critical safety and performance standards. As they continue to scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to bring structure, drive improvements, and lead the lab testing engineering team. You’ll take ownership of work scheduling, team performance, and operational processes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high technical standard. Alongside this, you’ll oversee quality systems and support accreditation activities. If you enjoy organising teams, improving processes, and making operations run smoothly, this is a role where you can make an immediate impact.
What you’ll own:
