What's the role about?

This is a varied position combining servicing administration with customer service support. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional after-sales experience while helping the operations team manage servicing activities, repairs, maintenance schedules, and product trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate servicing, repair, and maintenance requests from initial booking through to completion
  • Schedule engineer visits, workshop repairs, and customer call-outs
  • Maintain servicing records, customer updates, and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Respond professionally to customer calls, emails, and after-sales enquiries
  • Manage customer expectations by providing accurate updates and clear communication
  • Coordinate demo, trial, and hire equipment, including stock tracking, returns, and redeployment
  • Complete hire administration and invoicing while ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
  • Liaise with engineers, warehouse teams, operations colleagues, and sales teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Track outstanding actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed efficiently
