What’s the role about? As Procurement Coordinator, you will:
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor stock levels and aged reports to maintain inventory control
- Oversee inbound freight and logistics, resolving delivery issues and tracking shipments
- Identify and implement process improvements across procurement and logistics
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, track, and expedite purchase orders to minimise delays
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Servicing teams on delivery and product queries
- Manage supplier relationships, including complaints and quality issues
- Monitor freight costs and ensure compliance with customs and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate system updates and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in procurement, operations coordination, or supply chain management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
