Our client is a reputable, family-run business based in Hook, UK. They design and manufacture quality lighting solutions for the automotive industry. As they embark on a journey of growth, they are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team. You will report to the Head of Marketing and be a high-energy marketing executor who brings their brand and marketing strategy to life through creative, well-crafted, and consistently delivered output across all channels.
You will take direction and strategy from the Head of Marketing and turn it into action, creating content, campaigns, and collateral that build the brand, support sales, and engage customers. This role is about doing, creating, testing, and improving, not just planning.
Responsibilities:- Create a consistent flow of engaging marketing content across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Take briefs and direction from the Head of Marketing and turn them into live marketing activity quickly and effectively.
- Generate multiple creative approaches to briefs and confidently develop them into real-world output.
- Manage and maintain the website, ensuring content is current, well-presented, and on brand.
- Own the day-to-day creation and publishing of content across relevant social media channels.
- Design and produce digital and printed collateral to support sales and commercial activity.
- Organise and support company events, exhibitions, and brand activations from concept through to delivery.
- Ensure the brand is consistently and confidently applied across all touchpoints, internally and externally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, amplify, or refresh marketing activity.
- Keep marketing activity moving by managing priorities, deadlines, and outputs across multiple projects.
- Support the Head of Marketing with market insight, research, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Flag issues early, suggest solutions, and take ownership of resolving them.
- Take ownership of document branding, website management, company gifting, company events, and social media management.
- Grasp of Adobe Creative Suite of tools - InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop.
- Grasp of social media content creation.
- Good understanding of budget management.
