An established family owned business is seeking a hands-on and commercially focused Marketing Manager. The business provides a range of specialist solutions that help organisations improve and maintain their operational environments. Innovation is at the heart of everything they do. Their in-house R&D engineering team works closely with customers, manufacturers and partners across the UK and Europe to develop products that solve real-world infrastructure challenges.
This is a highly visible leadership role working closely with the directors and sales teams where you will take ownership of marketing strategy and delivery across their brands. You will be using data to drive decisions, leading the team, driving digital outreach, and generating consistent demand and leads to drive customer acquisition across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver multi-channel marketing strategies that support growth
- Lead digital marketing across SEO, PPC, social and email
- Produce technical and commercial marketing content
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI
- Analyse markets, competitors and customer insights
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within construction products, manufacturing or specialist distribution
- Strong experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (CRM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush etc.)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management ability
- Trade Show and bespoke event experience would be helpful
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (CIM qualifications desirable)
Salary £55,000-£60,000 Plus Bonus. Flexible working hours and an element of hybrid.
