We are currently recruiting for our client who is partnering on a large-scale fire safety programme and is seeking an experienced and competent self-employed Fire Door Inspector to support a high-volume inspection project in Manchester. This is a substantial contract covering approximately 3,500 fire doors, with strong potential for further works for the right individual.

Key Details
  • Inspecting 50-60 fire doors per day
  • Working hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Must be familiar with surveying programmes including OneTrace, Boris, Bolster, RiskBase etc
  • Day-rate: £275-£300 (dependent on experience)
  • Fortnightly payments
  • Imminent start

  • Proven experience inspecting fire doors
  • Must hold appropriate fire door inspection qualifications – demonstrable by certification
  • Competent using different surveying programmes OneTrace, Bolster, Boris, RiskBase etc
  • Self-employed / freelance status

  • Strong attention to detail and compliance standards
