Do you enjoy being the engine behind a senior leader, keeping sales activity moving, people accountable, and details watertight? If this sounds like you, a fast-growing family run business is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Sales Manager to become the right-hand support to a highly driven commercial leader and their wider sales team.

About the Company

This high-growth healthcare specialist partners with care homes, hospices, and the NHS to deliver clinically proven solutions that prevent pressure ulcers and enhance patient comfort. With a strong purpose-driven culture and rapid expansion, they offer a dynamic environment where every team member plays a vital role in supporting frontline care. With ambitious growth plans and a strong commercial culture, the business is investing heavily in people, systems, and leadership capability. The environment is energetic, demanding, and rewarding, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, pace, and being trusted to “get on with it”.

What’s the role about?

This is a true EA role with commercial edge. You’ll act as the “wingman” to the Sales Manager, taking full ownership of non-selling activity so they can focus on revenue growth, while also leading a small internal sales admin function. You’ll be:

  • The organiser, follow-up driver, and gatekeeper for sales activity
  • The person who ensures meetings, actions, and pipelines actually move forward
  • A calm, capable presence behind the scenes, holding people to account with pace and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary EA to the Sales Manager, owning all non-selling activity
  • Drive follow-up across the sales team to ensure actions are completed on time
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of the sales pipeline and CRM (HubSpot)
  • Produce weekly forecasts, daily sales snapshots, and monthly reports
  • Manage inboxes, diaries, meetings, agendas, and pre-meeting preparation
  • Attend meetings, capture actions, and see them through to completion
  • Handle customer queries and communications on behalf of the Sales Manager
  • Lead and support a small internal sales administration team
  • Improve and maintain sales processes, documentation, and playbooks

Requirements

You’re someone who:

  • Has a true EA mindset - proactive, organised, and commercially aware
  • Thrives on follow-up, pace, and accountability
  • Is confident dealing with senior stakeholders and sales professionals
  • Has strong Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM skills (HubSpot ideal, not essential)
  • Brings energy, resilience, accuracy, and a “just get it done” attitude
  • Is happy working behind the scenes to make others more effective
  • Sales or commercial support experience is highly beneficial, but mindset, pace, and attitude matter most.

Benefits

What’s in it for you?

  • Impact Visibility - Work directly with senior sales leadership in a business that’s scaling fast
  • Career Progression - Clear development opportunities as the company grows
  • Trust Autonomy - A role built on ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Reward Package - £35–40k salary, company-wide bonus, pension, parking
  • Culture Environment - High-energy, “can-do” team with a fully stocked kitchen and supportive leadership
