What You’ll Do
- Own and execute digital marketing campaigns across PPC, email, and social
- SEO is outsourced, however knowledge of, and a desire to learn is desired
- Manage and optimise paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Analyse performance and user journeys to identify growth opportunities
- Drive awareness, engagement, and online sales conversion
- Collaborate on content (blogs, landing pages, social posts)
- A/B test creatives and campaigns to continuously improve results
- Report on campaign ROI and key KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, etc.
Requirements
You’ll Need To Bring:
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong grasp of PPC, and paid social platforms
- Confident using analytics tools to inform decisions
- A creative, results-driven mindset and great communication skills
- Energy, ideas, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bonus Points For:
- CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- SEO experience
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- E-commerce or B2B experience
