Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum (plus company-wide quarterly bonuses)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (office-based)

What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Processing orders, quotes, and inquiries swiftly and accurately
- Assisting customers with queries, problems, and basic product information
- Managing returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision
- Engaging in proactive sales activities, such as following up on quotes and inquiries
- Supporting the external sales team to ensure targets are met
Requirements:
- A quick learner who can efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Someone who excels in customer interaction and remains calm in stressful situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment
