Salary: Up to £30,000 + Up to 20% KPI Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility available where required)

What's the role about?

As a Customer Service & Order Processing Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience from order placement through to delivery.

  • Process customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM systems, and other communication channels
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, deliveries, and account information
  • Ensure order accuracy and maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey
  • Coordinate deliveries using both third-party carriers and internal delivery resources
  • Proactively contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates where required
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and capture valuable customer insights
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growth
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded
