Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 + Commission + Harrods Staff Benefits
Schedule: Shift-based, 7 days a week, 10am-10pm
About The Role
We\’re looking for a musically passionate, emotionally engaging Brand Ambassador to be the face of our luxury musical instrument concession in Harrods. This role is about more than selling – it\’s about telling our story, connecting with clients on an emotional level, and leaving a lasting impression that may lead to a purchase days, weeks, or even months later.
What You\’ll Do

• Inspire clients through brand storytelling and luxury experiences
• Build rapport with affluent walk-ins, tourists, and shoppers
• Support sales team by creating initial emotional connection
• Nurture leads involved in longer-term design or renovation projects
• Represent the heritage, passion, and craftsmanship behind our instruments

Requirements
What We\’re Looking For

• Passion for music and luxury products
• Ideally musically inclined or experienced in performance/showroom settings
• Warm, honest, and humble personality
• Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent
• Creative communicator and strong storyteller
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
