About the Role:
As Financial Controller, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial controls, insightful reporting, and effective leadership of the finance team. Reporting directly to the board, you will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering growth and high performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and operational leads to track costs and maximise profitability
