- Maintain accurate CRM data and produce weekly performance reports
- Keep momentum high by ensuring BDM diaries are consistently filled with strong leads
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and research
- Book fixed appointments for BDMs, ensuring quality and relevance
- Manage CRM systems to maintain 100% data accuracy
- Respond promptly to diary and lead requests
- Deliver agreed KPI targets for qualified appointments each week
Requirements
- Experienced in business development/lead generation, including research
- Strong communicator via telephone and email, with the ability to build rapport quickly
