£80,000 - £100,000 Basic + Commission (Up to 25%) + £9,000 Car Allowance
Monday to Friday - Please only apply for this position if you are within a commutable from St Albans - Office attendance will be required daily - this is not a field based role. Build. Lead. Scale.

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Director to take ownership of an established and growing sales function, driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and creating a scalable commercial strategy that delivers exceptional growth.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll have the autonomy to shape the sales engine, influence business strategy, and play a pivotal role in the next stage of the company's growth journey.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and executing the sales strategy to drive significant revenue growth
Leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales team
Owning forecasting, pipeline management and sales performance
Building robust sales processes and value-based selling methodologies
Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business
Managing key customer relationships and supporting major commercial opportunities
Creating a culture of accountability, development and success
Requirements
Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior commercial leadership role
A track record of delivering substantial year-on-year revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with experience developing successful sales teams
Experience across multiple sales channels, including specification-led sales
Commercially astute, data-driven and highly organised
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
Someone who is humble, driven, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement
If you come from a construction background or construction materials background - this would be ideal
