We're looking for a Warehouse & Despatch Operative to join our team at our Little Barford premises. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operation, helping make sure our products are received, stored, picked, packed, and despatched to the highest standard.

What will you be doing?
Working closely with our Despatch & Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse and despatch operation running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Picking products accurately and preparing orders for despatch.
- Packing products to our high presentation standards, ensuring everything leaves site looking professional and ready for the customer.
- Supporting the despatch of national and international consignments.
- Checking paperwork, labels, quantities and packaging to make sure orders are right first time.
- Receiving incoming goods and checking quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
- Reporting shortages, damage or discrepancies promptly.
- Keeping stock organised, correctly labelled and easy to find.
- Supporting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Investigating stock discrepancies and helping resolve them.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, safe and well organised.
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of our warehouse environment as we complete our current refurbishment.
