What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of six Key Account Managers
- Driving account retention, customer loyalty and revenue growth
- Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts
- Working closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth customer handovers
- Delivering against sales, retention and growth targets
- Creating an engaging and motivating team environment
- Monitoring performance, setting objectives and driving accountability
- Contributing to strategic business growth initiatives
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience across the account portfolio
