Telesales Executive to join their team to drive growth and revenue.
You will own the full sales cycle - from lead generation right through to securing orders.
Duties
- Direct Sales
- Identify, develop, and convert direct sales opportunities through the use of the telephone.
- Build relationships with all stakeholders, by phone, email and some face to face.
- Lead the full sales cycle including scoping needs, specifying products, preparing quotations, and closing sales.
- Provide technical guidance and top product knowledge and recommendations aligned safety, storage, and compliance requirements.
- Pipeline, Reporting & Marketing Insight
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and reporting for all activity.
- Monitor trends, safety requirements, new standards
- Provide internal feedback to support product development, innovation, and new sector opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Sector Presence
- Build strong relationships with key personnel, bodies, and senior decision-makers.
- Represent company at events, exhibitions, and supplier days.
- Collaborate internally with sales reps, marketing, product, and operations teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles using the telephone
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing business.
- Experience developing and managing reseller, distributor or channel partner relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a resilient, proactive approach and a tenacious attitude towards achieving results.
