Internal Sales Manager to lead their internal sales and customer service function.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the Internal Sales and Customer Service function, leading a high-performing team while driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service and continually improving operational performance.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to maximise commercial opportunities, develop your team and ensure customers continue to receive the outstanding service that has become synonymous with the business.

Requirements

You'll be an experienced Internal Sales leader with a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll ideally have

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within an Internal Sales environment.
  • At least 5 years' experience leading and developing successful teams.
  • A proven track record of driving sales performance and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems together with Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to prioritise and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
