Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of high‑quality client materials, clearly articulating industry trends, strategic options and transaction opportunities.

- Take responsibility for the day‑to‑day execution of transactions, coordinating closely with senior bankers, product partners and junior team members.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Healthcare Investment Banking team in London, with a focus on biopharma. You will work closely with our US and APAC biopharma teams. Our team advises healthcare clients across a full range of strategic and financing matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, capital raises, private transactions and broader strategic advisory.
In this role, you will work closely with biopharma companies across different stages of development, supporting them on key strategic decisions and capital markets activities, while building trusted relationships with management teams and investors. Our team combines strong deal flow and an international client base with a collaborative and supportive culture. Directors play an important role at the center of execution and client interaction, working closely with senior colleagues while helping to guide and develop more junior team members. We place a strong emphasis on teamwork, sound judgement and consistently delivering high‑quality outcomes for our clients.
