We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Apprenticeship Program within our Global Markets business.
You'll get to:
- experience how we help our clients buy and sell financial instruments
- extract market moving data from a variety of sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business
- provide clients with information about recent market trends and offer trades at the best prices
Your team:
You'll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.
Your expertise:
We're looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their A-levels (or equivalent) between 2025 and September 2027
- has achieved ABB grades as well as GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language (Grade 5) and Mathematics (Grade 6)
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative;
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program:
This Apprenticeship will last four years. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
You'll begin with a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship and move onto a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship. It includes a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and/or the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) qualification, which culminates in a BSc (Honours) Applied Finance degree.
