Your role
Do you have a proven track record in Client Relationship Management? Are you results-driven? Do you excel at creating innovative solutions for clients?
We are seeking a Prime Financing Relationship Manager to:
- Drive maximum client profitability for your designated clients, aligning with market share growth, especially where you hold Client Captain responsibility (e.g., Coalition and McLagan).
- Serve as the primary contact for a defined client list, offering solutions to enhance their experience by engaging F2B SMEs across the firm, validating product usage for mutual benefit, and addressing barriers to current or future business.
- Advance Distribution Objectives and Key Results where applicable, particularly when performing a sales lead role or collaborating with sales and coverage teams.
- Navigate the bank\’s infrastructure to promote a unified perception of the bank via a single point of contact.
- Partner with and provide expertise to clients alongside Distribution and senior coverage teams to develop new relationships, strategize long-term partnerships, or execute existing strategies.
- Identify and develop innovative client solutions offering a full range of products within the firm\’s policies.
- Focus on internal change management, including system improvements, and enhance efficiency, ensuring UBS\’s adoption of market standards to optimize client experience.
- Promote client adoption of best practices and market standards, considering balance sheet aspects from a commercial perspective.
- Collaborate across Global Markets as a subject matter expert in your product and client skillset area.
Your team
You will be part of the Prime Financing team in London, supporting organic growth through new funds, products, and markets, alongside wider coverage teams such as Risk, Credit, and Client Pricing. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client network.
Your expertise
- Client-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferred exposure to Prime Brokerage products and clients.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing high workloads and prioritizing effectively.
- Collaborative team player.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to change and driving change initiatives.
