As part of Global Markets Client Office, you will help shape and deliver our client strategy across Global Markets Distribution—driving revenue outperformance, winning market share and improving the client experience. You’ll act as a central connector between clients and the firm, ensuring we bring the full UBS platform to clients without silo bias. You will put the client at the centre of decision making: identifying share of wallet gaps, prioritising the right opportunities, and turning insight into measurable commercial outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of data, AI, sales, trading and senior management—translating analytics into action through disciplined forums, campaigns and best in class execution. Inform. Enable. Execute.

  • Drive cross asset client campaigns and regional initiatives for priority clients—spot opportunities, coordinate execution and track outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, large scale analytics on wallet gaps, campaign performance and thematic trends to inform strategy and improve results.
  • Act as the Voice of the Client by running structured internal client reviews and forums with Sales & Trading and senior stakeholders—capturing insights, agreeing actions and ensuring follow through.
  • Support key client deliverables.
