Your role
Are you a problem solver with strong quantitative skills? Do you enjoy working in a bespoke solutions trading team focused on developing and hedging complex client transactions? We're looking for someone like that who can:
- generate revenue and grow client business
- proactively keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
- provide pricing support to support growing QIS initiatives
- facilitate client order flow and execution
- build and run desk tools for risk reports, fills analysis, perform detailed PnL analysis, design improved summary reports of key drivers of PnL (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies
