We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program in the Leveraged Finance Origination team. You’ll get to:
- Work closely with Private Equity sponsors, supporting the financing of LBOs, refinancing and other sponsor-led transactions across loan and bond markets.
- Support the origination and execution of live deals from initial pitch through closing.
- Build financial models, perform credit analysis, and prepare deal and marketing materials.
- Participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises.
- Conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials.
You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in London. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
Your expertise
- Graduating between September 2024 and September 2026.
- Have or be on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree.
