Responsibilities Design AI‑first products that deliver proactive insights, automation, and decision support directly into sales workflows and treat data as a product, ensuring client data is well structured, high quality and ready to power analytics and AI use cases.
Own end‑to‑end product delivery, from discovery and roadmap definition through to launch, adoption, and measurable impact.
Define success using data, tracking adoption, efficiency, workflow automation, data quality, and business outcomes.
Partner closely with engineers, quants, and data teams to shape solutions across data platforms, analytics layers, AI services, and front‑end experiences.
Embed controls by design, working with governance and risk partners to build secure, compliant, and trusted systems and remove friction from workflows, reducing manual steps and duplicated effort across the Client360 ecosystem.
Balance short‑term wins with long‑term modernization, helping evolve the broader Client360 and Distribution strategy.

Your expertise Bachelor's degree or the international equivalent in Computer Science, Math, engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience in a similar role).
Experience in product management within financial services or another regulated, data‑heavy environment.
Strong grounding in product fundamentals—roadmaps, discovery, agile delivery, and outcome‑driven prioritization.
High data fluency, with the ability to think in data models, understand lineage and manage datasets as core assets.
Genuine curiosity about AI and analytics, and the ability to apply them responsibly at enterprise scale while working with technical teams and communicating clearly with business leads.
A mindset that values controls, privacy and “secure by design” solutions.
Exposure to CRM or client data platforms and experience with Power BI, analytics, or reporting platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, data platforms) is highly desirable.
Interest in UX and user research, with a desire to build intuitive, high‑adoption products and awareness of desktop interoperability standards (e. g., Open Fin / FDC3).
