Your role
Are you a strong analytical and inventive thinker? Do you enjoy following the financial markets and working as a team to assess underwriting terms and helping selling risk to investors? We’re looking for an investment banking Associate to:
- maintain databases to track market activity and help prepare pitch book presentations to explain market trends and conditions
- work alongside the origination team to assess and analyze credit and market risk
- prepare materials on distribution risk to credit committee
- assist in syndicating underwritten financing to investors, which requires deep understanding of credit risk
- help manage the administration of deal roadshows and keep tracker of investor demand and order books
- manage internal booking of risk positions, reporting
