Your role

  • Create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships
  • Increase the returns of products and services
  • Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
  • Prepare and coordinate client and internal materials
  • Make sound and balanced judgments and challenge the status quo (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)

Your team

EMEA Execution Team, covering multi-sectors and country coverage in executing transactions across our EMEA business.

Your expertise

  • Investment Banking experience, with a genuine interest in M&A, and a clear motivation to excel further in content generation.
  • Eager to learn, ready to challenge him/herself and motivated to join a highly successful team
  • Strong technical, modelling and analytical skills gained through various origination / execution projects (M&A / ECM / LCM)
  • Great communicator, whether presenting to clients and senior executives, concise and clear written and spoken communication skills
  • Able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross-product opportunities
  • A team player who takes responsibility and accountability for their work
  • Coaches and trains the junior bankers they work with
  • University degree in any discipline, min 2:1 or equivalent
