You’ll be working in the Healthcare Investment Banking team in London. Our team is responsible for advising healthcare clients across the full range of strategic and financing matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, capital raises, private transactions and broader strategic advisory. You’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure across a broad range of healthcare areas, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, healthcare services, diagnostics and healthcare technology. The role is designed to help you build a strong foundation in healthcare investment banking while developing your understanding of the sector and its key themes. Our team combines strong deal flow and an international client base with a collaborative and supportive culture. Analysts are encouraged to contribute from an early stage, learn from experienced colleagues and develop in an environment that values teamwork, curiosity and high‑quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Some hands‑on exposure to investment banking, M&A, ECM or related corporate finance work, gained through a relevant internship or full‑time experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare‑focused advisory environment would be a strong plus, but is not required; what matters is a genuine interest in the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in finance, accounting, economics, business, science, engineering or another analytical discipline.
  • Solid financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills, with exposure to merger analysis and other transaction‑related analysis, and the ability to produce accurate, high‑quality presentation materials.
  • Intellectually curious, with an interest in understanding sector trends, company strategy and market developments.
  • Driven, collaborative and creative, with strong integrity.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
