Responsibilities
- Build and deepen long‑term client partnerships by expanding the breadth and depth of existing relationships
- Lead transactions across mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and equity and debt capital raising
- Oversee and direct the preparation of detailed financial models, client presentations, and internal committee materials
- Refine marketing and execution materials to ensure maximum impact for clients
- Manage and mentor junior transaction teams, fostering a high performance culture
- Generate new ideas and creative approaches that drive the business forward
- Assist with the day‑to‑day management of the team, including recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Exercise sound, balanced judgment at all times, in line with professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards
- Motivate and inspire others by setting a clear vision and shared goals
Qualifications
- Several years of hands‑on experience in the Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure sector(s)
- Prior experience in investment banking or a corporate finance environment preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior executives
- Strong ability to develop creative client solutions and identify cross‑product opportunities
- Experience training and mentoring junior bankers
- Very strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including financial modelling and valuation
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
