Are you seeking an opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives?
We are looking for a person who has strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, who is highly driven to join the IBO Business Management team.
The IBO ICLS Business Manager will:
- Drive the monthly financial forecast, track performance against agreed financial targets, support the annual planning cycle, and drive the cost allocation refresh for IBO ICLS.
- Work in strong collaboration with a variety of stakeholders both within the function and with supporting units specifically Finance and wider IB teams.
- Understand the priorities and strategic goals of the function.
- Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from quick tasks such as pulling headcount report to longer term strategic initiatives over several months.
- Seek opportunities to simplify processes and automate.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Investment Bank Operations Business management team in London. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the Investment Bank performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You\’ll be working closely with other Business Managers from across the Globe to support the Head of IB Operations and their management team.
Your expertise
- 5+ years’ experience in Finance and/or Operations
- Analytical and capable of presenting and interpreting financial information to support decision making
- High attention to detail with the ability to also see the big picture
- Highly motivated team player, self-driven and passionate about their work
- Strong communication with the ability to constructively challenge and effectively communicate across all levels/ranks
- Proactive stakeholder management
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure completion of deliverables in a timely fashion
- Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
