Your role
Are you motivated by building client relationships with institutional investors to deliver and monetise solutions? Do you have expertise in equity markets and building a process-driven approach to investing? Does working at the intersection of markets, data and client advisory appeal to you?
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to institutional equity investors, embedding the HOLT framework into client investment processes.
- Drive adoption and usage of HOLT tools (including HOLT Lens) through onboarding, training and ongoing client support.
- Originate and grow commercial opportunities across platform subscriptions, data usage and customised analytical solutions.
- Manage and develop long term client relationships with senior investment professionals including CIOs, Heads of Research, Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
- Deliver differentiated investment insight by interpreting HOLT outputs such as CFROI, valuation and market implied expectations.
- Contribute to product development, new use cases and initiatives across automation and AI enabled solutions, while supporting cross selling of the broader Data Intelligence product suite.

Your team
You’ll be working in the HOLT Sales team within Data Intelligence, focusing on monetising UBS’ proprietary HOLT Lens platform and dataset and expanding its adoption across institutional clients and within UBS.
Expertise
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior institutional investors.
- Proven commercial mindset with experience in relationship management, negotiation and solution based selling.
- High level of analytical capability, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial and analytical concepts clearly and intuitively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline (or equivalent) with a strong grounding in valuation and financial analysis.
- Relevant experience in a client facing role within investment banking, asset management, data/analytics or related financial services.
- Experience engaging with equity research, valuation, investment consulting or financial analytics (desirable).
- Exposure to selling analytical platforms, data or investment tools (desirable).
- CFA qualification or active participation in the CFA Program (desirable); MBA, ACA or other postgraduate qualification (desirable).
