As part of Global Markets Client Office, you will help shape and deliver our client strategy across Global Markets Distribution—driving revenue outperformance, winning market share and improving the client experience. You’ll act as a central connector between clients and the firm, ensuring we bring the full UBS platform to clients without silo bias. You will put the client at the centre of decision making: identifying share of wallet gaps, prioritising the right opportunities, and turning insight into measurable commercial outcomes. You will work at the intersection of data, AI, sales, trading and senior management—translating analytics into action through disciplined forums, campaigns and best in class execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross asset client campaigns and regional initiatives for priority clients—spot opportunities, coordinate execution and track outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, large scale analytics on wallet gaps, campaign performance and thematic trends to inform strategy and improve results.
  • Act as the Voice of the Client by running structured internal client reviews and forums with Sales & Trading and senior stakeholders—capturing insights, agreeing actions and ensuring follow through.
  • Support key client deliverables across account management (firm to firm engagement, new PM onboarding, strategic discussions, escalations and ongoing connectivity).
  • Organise broker reviews, reverse broker reviews and client events end to end (planning, materials, logistics and actions).
  • Generate actionable client intelligence using advanced analytics and emerging AI tools; contribute to the design, testing and rollout of Sales AI capabilities.
  • Produce concise, senior ready materials—briefings, performance reports and presentations that are decision oriented and easy to consume.
  • Help build AI products that embed proactive insights, automation and decision support directly into sales workflows.

Your Team

  • Senior business stakeholders across Distribution, Execution and Research Digital Distribution to help design, roll out and drive adoption of new sales AI tools.
  • Senior Relationship Managers, client account leads and business sponsors to support client account management.
  • Client lifecycle, credit risk, onboarding and legal to enable new client funds and products.
  • COO partners to support governance, rhythm and delivery discipline across initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship building skills with proven stakeholder management and prioritisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in large scale data analysis and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, including preparing presentations, reports and senior level materials.
  • Understanding of financial markets and cross asset products (Equities, FICC and/or derivatives exposure is a plus).
  • Experience in client coverage, sales, strategy or similar functions within a financial institution.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across regions and coordinate initiatives end to end.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data/analytics platforms or programming (e.g., Python, Power BI) is desirable, but not required.
  • Ideally experience with industry datasets such as Coalition or McLagan (nice to have).
