Electronic Rates Salesperson

Do you have a strong background in Electronic Fixed Income Sales? Are you an open and impact-driven individual?
We\’re looking for an Electronic Rates Salesperson to:
- Provide electronic sales coverage for our EMEA Rates client base
- Form strong relationships with electronic trading platforms, stay informed about new FinTech developments, and understand market structure changes
- Work closely with our voice teams (Sales & Trading) and our Algo Quants
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle for eTrading (enablements, pricing, reviews)
- Support internal projects and automation initiatives
Your team
Join a strong franchise in the Electronic Fixed Income team in London. We offer a range of Electronic Rates products such as Government Bonds, SSA, Covered Bonds, and IRS. As EMEA eRates Sales, you will play a key role in advancing our electronic Fixed Income markets.
This role requires an individual who excels in a client-facing capacity and can coordinate across various stakeholders internally.
Your expertise
- Ideally 2-3 years of Electronic Fixed Income sales experience
- Experience with Bloomberg, Tradeweb, BondVision, and MarketAxess
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and strategies
- Understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on electronic trading
- Adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
- Ability to handle large data sets and extract trends and insights
- Passion for market structure developments and understanding current and future trends in Electronic Fixed Income markets
