Your role is curiosity part of your DNA? Do you have a passion for extracting information out of data? Our goal is to use analytical competences for optimizing a growing electronic FX Trading offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating ideas for enhancements to our current and planned FX trading system.
  • Developing these models in software packages such as Python and then implementing the live code in Java.
  • Maintaining a regular cycle of measuring, monitoring, and improving the performance of the FX aspects of our live trading system.

Your team:

eFX Quant Trading is a growing team within our Principal Electronic Trading business based in London. All quant traders across principal electronic trading design systematic trading strategies, run statistical analysis on data and are involved in the productionisation of the strategies within our trading systems.

Your expertise:

  • Masters in Natural Science, Mathematics, Data- or Process Design, or similar education.
  • 5+ years of prior experience in systematic trading (beneficial).
  • Experience in machine learning methods (advantage).
  • Kaggle Master and above (or similar) qualification in public AI/ML platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in R or Python.
  • Attention to detail and keen to contribute in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Complexity is a challenge and not a problem for you.
  • Analytical flair, high quality awareness, interdisciplinary working style.
