This Channel Marketing Manager role focus on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to support the firm’s distribution efforts across key client segments in UK and across EMEA. The position would require a deep understanding of financial markets, asset management active and passive products, and the nuances of engaging with diverse client channels such as institutional investors, wholesale intermediaries and consultants.

We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager for UK and EMEA, to work with the Head of Channel Marketing EMEA with this key responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the global and regional strategy to specific distribution channels, including institutional investors, wealth managers and private banks

  • align channel marketing strategies with broader business objectives and sales goals

  • coordinate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and localization of campaigns

  • actively participating to regulatory UK forums to align marketing initiatives and requirements

  1. Content Development and Campaign Management:
  • create and deliver multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, events and thought leadership content

  • partner with investment teams and content marketing to craft compelling marketing materials such as white papers, webinars, videos, and sales decks

  • localize global content to resonate with local business priority in the UK and across EMEA markets

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide marketing support that drives engagement and conversions

  • partner with product and capabilities teams to align messaging with product strategies and launches.

  • collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements

  1. Digital and Data-Driven Marketing:
  • leverage digital platforms to drive engagement, including websites, social media and advertising

  • utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute campaigns

  • track, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future efforts

  1. Event Management:
  • organize and promote events such as seminars, webinars, and roadshows to engage clients and prospects

  • coordinate with third-party providers to ensure successful event execution

  1. Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:
  • monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform marketing strategies

  • conduct client surveys and feedback sessions to refine marketing approaches

You will be based in London, reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing EMEA, based in Milan. We work in a hybrid way, split between office and home working, and across a number of locations worldwide.

  • proven experience in channel marketing within the asset management or financial services industry with minimum 6 years of experience

  • strong understanding of the UK and EMEA investment landscape, including regulatory requirements

  • expertise in creating content and campaigns for diverse distribution channels

  • proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

  • excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

  • proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting clients to investment opportunities while navigating the dynamic landscape of the UK and EMEA asset management industry

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:
