Your role involves working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends. We are looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:

  • Buy and sell financial instruments for our clients.
  • Extract market moving data from a variety of sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business.
  • Provide clients with information about recent market trends and offer trades at the best prices.

Your team will be working in our Global Markets business, advising clients and managing the buying and selling of securities from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers, and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing services.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • Is graduating between September 2025 and September 2027.
  • Has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date.
  • Has no more than two years of full-time work experience.
  • Has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree.

  • Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
  • Can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Your program lasts 18 months and is designed to help you develop the skills needed to grow your career. It introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training, and teaches core skills and knowledge of global markets. You’ll have opportunities to develop new skills and build your network through rotations.
