Your role
2026 Graduate Program - Global Banking - Private Funds Group - London
Responsibilities
- In this role you will be involved in the origination and execution of our mandates and also provide distribution and general marketing support across the verticals.
- Support the team’s origination efforts across the verticals, contributing to pitch presentations and gaining an understanding of market trends and participants.
- Primary Fundraising – work closely with GP clients throughout a fundraise process from preparation through to final closing.
- Liquidity / Strategic Solutions – be involved in restructuring funds and assisting institutional investors seeking to liquidate or monetise their holdings.
- Real Estate – gain insight into fundraising, advisory, restructuring and recapitalisation assignments across a broad range of real‑estate market sub‑segments.
Team
You’ll be working in our Global Banking Private Funds Group business based in London. In this role you will gain in‑depth knowledge on the primary and secondary fundraising markets as well as the real estate sector. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters including primary capital raises and secondary market solutions.
Your expertise
- Graduating between September 2024 and September 2026.
- Having or being on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate degree.
- Having values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
- Being a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Being motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
