2026 Graduate Talent Program – Global Banking PFG – London
Your role: Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We\’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Graduate Talent Program within our Global Banking business. You’ll get to:
- In this role you will be involved in the origination and execution of mandates to raise capital for European private equity firms.
- Primary Fundraising working closely with our GP clients throughout a fundraise process from preparation through to final closing. Effectively position and communicate the investment case of our clients by drafting all marketing documentation including PPMs, investor presentations and investor questionnaires/due diligence packages
- Work with our dedicated distribution bankers to formulate and continuously refine a marketing plan to target institutions globally
- Collate market feedback from distribution team and work with GPs to help investors along their investment process including addressing any due diligence questions
- Advise on terms negotiation and closing process
- Origination Support the team’s origination efforts, contributing to pitch presentations and gaining an understanding of market trends and European sponsors
- Support the initial due diligence on new GP relationships and drafting of pitch presentations to target GPs
Your team: You’ll be working in our Global Banking Private Funds Group business based in London. In this role you will gain in depth knowledge on the Private Equity primary fundraising market. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of structures to raise primary capital from institutions across the globe.
Your expertise: We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is graduating between 2024 and 2026
- has or is on track for a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their first undergraduate degree
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
