About the Role
Are you skilled at developing and growing sales? Do you excel at building relationships and understanding client needs? We are seeking a proactive individual to support our Financial Advisors and Field Leaders by providing strategic insights, sales ideas, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase revenue growth and support trade and product distribution at the point of sale.
- Develop and share market trend-based sales ideas and strategies.
- Host daily meetings with Advisors, providing tactical sales commentary and product updates.
- Distribute advice on specific product areas such as Investment Management, Alternative Investments, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Annuities.
- Prepare sales materials and coordinate meetings with Advisors and Field Leaders.
- Engage in profiling, lead generation, follow-up, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns.
Team and Location
You will join the GWM US National Sales team, reporting to the Head of Business Development in Weehawken, NJ. The team supports Field Leaders and Financial Advisors across Troy, Birmingham, Cleveland, Plymouth, Farmington Hills, and other locations, with potential remote work options.
Qualifications and Skills
- Self-motivated with excellent presentation skills.
- Proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of wealth management services.
- Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 licenses required.
- Availability to work in UBS offices five days a week and travel as needed.
